How to Order

  • Orders can be placed as soon as registration opens
  • Please place your order by July 1st to help ensure delivery before the first game
  • Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery (earlier orders may arrive sooner

Uniform Basics

  • Uniforms are required for participation
  • Players may reuse a uniform from a previous season if it still fits
  • Uniforms must be ordered through Challenger 
  • We do not maintain inventory or offer backup uniforms
  • If a uniform is needed and not ordered in time, families are encouraged to coordinate within the community (e.g., borrow or purchase from another family)
    • Please note: the club does not manage or coordinate uniform exchanges between families.

Numbering

  • Uniform numbers are pre-assigned and cannot be requested
  • Jersey numbers may differ between uniform pieces (e.g., white vs. maroon jerseys) — this is normal

Sizing & Ordering Tips

  • Size charts are available directly on the ordering site
  • If your player is between sizes, we recommend sizing up to allow for growth during the season
  • Please review your order carefully before submitting, as changes may be limited

Shipping & Order Status

  • Orders placed as a full uniform set typically ship together
  • Individual item orders (e.g., replacement pieces) may incur separate shipping charges
  • All shipping timelines and order status updates are managed directly by Challenger
  • Note: The soccer board and coaches do not have access to order status or tracking information

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need to order a new uniform every year? No — players may reuse a uniform from a previous season if it still fits.
  • Can I request a specific number? No — numbers are pre-assigned and cannot be requested.
  • Why are my jersey numbers different (white vs. maroon)? This is normal. Numbers are not tracked or matched between uniform pieces.
  • Can I buy a uniform somewhere else? No — all uniforms must be ordered through Challenger. However maroon socks are the only exception and may be purchased separately (e.g., online retailers such as Amazon or local sporting goods stores).
  • What if I miss the July 1st deadline? You may still order, but delivery before the first game is not guaranteed.
  • Can you check my order status or tracking? No — all order status and shipping updates must be handled directly through Challenger.
  • What if I ordered the wrong size or item? Please contact Challenger directly. The club is not able to make changes to orders.
  • Do you have extra uniforms available? No — the club does not maintain inventory or backup uniforms.
  • What if my player doesn’t have a uniform in time? Families may coordinate within the community or coaches to borrow or purchase from another family if needed. The club does not coordinate these exchanges.

Important Reminders

  • Late orders may not arrive before the season begins
  • Players without a uniform may be limited in game participation until a uniform is obtained
