COMPLAINTS, ISSUES, & CONCERNS

If you feel there has been an issue at a game or practice that is in violation of the Club’s Code of Ethics or coach’s conduct, please let us know. 

Please include in your message:

• Date and time of the incident
• Whether the incident occurred at a practice, scrimmage, or game
• The names of everyone involved
• A detailed account of what occurred
• Your contact information in case we need to follow up for more information
